FAQ : Flush It!

You have 4 combination bars. By putting your cards in the bars, you need to make combos that add up to 21. Each of these will earn you 210 points.
If the number exceeds 21, the bar is blocked until you collect three more combos, or use a Joker.
Cards ranking:

• J, Q, K and 10 are 10 points each;
• For cards from 1 to 9, their nominal value is used;
• Aces (A) count either as 11 or 1, whichever is to your benefit;

5 cards that sum less than 21 make a bonus combo with a sum of 51. This combo will bring you 510 points.
If you have Freeze or Power Combo bonuses, they will appear below the bar. By flushing such a bar, you’re also activating its bonus.

Lives are the number of games you can play in a row. You will get one free life every 15 minutes once the value drops below 7.
Once you have invited your friends to play with you, they can help you to get extra free lives:

• once per hour, send one free life to each of your friends;
• when you’ve received a life, you automatically send a life back;
• this means that by sending lives, you’re receiving a free life as well;
• when inviting friends, you’re also sending them a free life;
• to send a life or learn when you’re able to send another life, click on a heart in the tournament tables.

At any time, you can exchange 5 Gold Coins for 7 Lives.

During the game process, you’re able to collect Silver Coins for each combo.
Spend Silver Coins to buy Freeze & Joker bonuses.
You can also get some silver for in-game achievement.
Silver Coins can also be bought at any given time by selecting the Plus button in the main menu.

At the end of every tournament, you’ll receive Gold Coins if you’re in the top 3 of the winners.
You can spend Gold Coins to buy more Lives or Power Combo bonuses.
From time to time, you will be awarded with an amount of coins for in-game achievements.
You can also buy Gold Coins by selecting the Plus button at the right of the coins value bar.

Your level marks your abilities and skills.
You will receive bonus abilities once you reach the next level.
For example, you’re able to collect additional points at the end of every game; the higher your level, the more points you get.

Here, you can choose friends to send lives to or invite to the tournament.
If your friend is not yet playing Flush It with you, they’ll receive a free life and an invitation to join the game.

You will see life requests from your friends here.
You can either accept or decline a request.
If you accept it, you will receive +1 life and will send one back to your friend.
Try to accept the requests as soon as possible, as they tend to expire.

Joker Bonus:
Enables you to clear a blocked bar.
With it, you can achieve superior results.

How to use:
when some of the columns on the fields are blocked (sum of cards exceed 21),
you will see the Joker button at the top of that column.
You need to press that button to clear this column from cards.

Freeze Bonus:
Stops the timer for some time with
every bonus bar flush.

How to use:
to use this bonus you need to flush cards
in the column marked with this bonus

Power Combo Bonus:
Enables you to receive three times more Silver;
also, your bar will fill up three times faster
when you flush the bonus bar.

How to use:
to use this bonus you need to flush cards
in the column marked with this bonus

Invite your friends to challenge them in 3 day battle for highest score.
When the tournament is finished, top ranked players are rewarded with Gold Coins and Medal.
note: to get a reward, you need at least one friend played with you.

Tournament score value
This value show the best score in this tournament.
To grow it up, you need play the better that you have done before in this tournament.
When tournament is finished, this value is down to zero again.

please note, that your result is posted to the server when you have finished the game.
so, in case, when you starting the game at last minutes of the current tournament,
it can be finished while you still playing, and your result will be counted for next tournament.

How much coins in prize?
when you have only 1 friend, who played in tournament,
you will get 2 coins for the 1st and 1 coin for the 2nd places

when you have 2 and more friends, who played in tournament,
you will get 5 coins for the 1st, 3 coins for the 2nd and 1 coin for the 3rd places

We will note your achievements, and there’ll be a reward for each of these!

If you have server connection problems, try restarting the game or reconnecting to the network.

Timer:
Timer shows the number of seconds left. You can click on it to pause the game.

Bonuses:
You can see the list of available bonuses on the left.
Freeze and Power Combo are used automatically when you flush a combo in the bar with a bonus below it.
You can use the Joker bonus whenever the bar is blocked.
In the beginning you’ll only be able to use one Joker per game, but this number will increase as you level up.

Deck:
You start with a 54-card deck to make combos. When you spend the deck, you’ll get a new one, as well as 1000 bonus points.

Pocket(Pass):
You can temporarily put three cards from your deck here.
If the top card of these fits any of the combo requirements for any of the bars, it will automatically be placed in such a bar.

Pipe:
The pipe is filled with water after every completed flush combo.
The water also leaks. If you fill the pipe, you will activate the Super Mode and receive double points.
If you fill it again after activating the Super Mode, you’ll receive triple points, so fill it as often as you can!

Occasionally(once a couple of days), we are giving away a gifts for our funs.

We will never post on your feed without your explicit intention to share your best results with your friends.
(in this case you have to press special “Share” button in the game)

We asking you about two simplest permissions on Facebook:
“Public profile” – to get your Facebook ID and name.
“Friends list” – to get your Facebook  friends list.
“Publish actions” for some games – to add some game achievements to your timeline
(and you can hide them from your Facebook account at any time).

Our scrolling feature is realized in dragging-like style:
just try to drag the window content up or down with your mouse
(press left mouse button to start dragging, then move you mouse up/down).

You can play the game from different locations(computers, browsers or devices), but note that:
We are storing all of your progress data now, so you will see actual data on all of your devices and browsers,
but only in case you have stable connection with our servers.

Also, the amount of lives and bonuses that you have spent at one place (browser or device),
will also be be spent on all of your devices or browsers. This value is synchronized not very often,
so you can see some bulk changes sometimes.

We have only the sound on/off switch (the sound icon at the bottom of the menu screen),
mainly because the most computers provide the ability to set sound volume without our help,
even for every separate window.

• First, check that your browser is supported and updated to latest version.
• Next, check your network connection.
• Finally, you should try to reload the page a couple of times to load all the items properly.

Your prizes(coins) are applied to your account on server side.
So, if you see tournament finish screen – your prize is already on your account.
You will see this amount after the updating all of your data is finished.
(you can force update your data with Network->Reconnect button if you wish)

note, that you will see tournament finish screen on all of your devices and browsers,
but only the first one will update your account balance with prize coins.
So, you will see coins on this screen only one(first) time.

All the browsers supported should play all the sounds correctly, except network problems when the sounds cannot be loaded properly.
You should try to reload the page a couple of times to load all the items properly.

mobile devices does not support multi-user environment,
so this kind of operation is not easy to do.
Please, follow the scenario below:

1. remove(uninstall) the game app from your device.
2. open the Facebook app installed on your device and do change user here.
3. install the game app again and press “Login/Connect” to connect Facebook.

when you have only 1 friend, who played in tournament,
you will get 2 coins for the 1st and 1 coin for the 2nd places

when you have 2 and more friends, who played in tournament,
you will get 5 coins for the 1st, 3 coins for the 2nd and 1 coin for the 3rd places

for iOS devices :
– open the device settings
– select Facebook settings
– scroll down to the section “Allow these apps to use your account”
– find the game app in list
– switch it OFF and then switch it ON again
– open the game and find the Reconnect button to recover connection
– select Reconnect and accept all the permissions required

for Android devices:
– open Facebook app
– select More icon(three lines at the right corner)
– select Account Settings
– select Apps
– select Logged in with Facebook
– select game in the list
– check all the permissions in list to be enabled.
– go back and run the game
– select Reconnect button to recover connection

Note: please be sure that you have updated the Facebook app to the latest one.

“Life Requests” is not your lives if you didn’t accepted them.
They have a short lifetime(a couple of weeks).
Then if not accepted they are lost.

The bonuses you buy and use in the game have no relation to the cards layout.
Any game you play you have the same deck of cards shuffled the same way.
So, only the fortune can shuffle your cards with “good” or “bad” way.
